About the opportunity The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful on-time delivery of complex technology and business initiatives. This role partners across Product and Technology to support execution against strategic priorities, ensuring alignment, managing risk, and delivering high-quality outcomes across teams. What you'll get to do Project Delivery • Manage the delivery of complex business and technology projects across the organization • Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria • Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, resources, risks, and communications • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders • Manage scope changes, risks, and issue resolution with appropriate escalation • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support timely and effective project execution • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Support accountability across project teams to deliver against commitments • Identify and help resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed • Contribute to improvement of PMO processes and delivery practices Communication & Leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (no direct reports) • Maintain clear and consistent communication across stakeholders • Work effectively with stakeholders, including occasional interaction with senior leadership • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences • Set and manage expectations with stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle • Deliver clear, direct communication, including escalation of risks and challenges • Foster strong relationships to drive alignment, trust, and decision-making Skills and experience we value • 5–7 years of experience delivering complex technology or business projects • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a global, cross-functional environment • Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and execution discipline • Experience working in a Tech organization across Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills • Experience supporting budget tracking and cost awareness • Demonstrates an inquisitive mindset for adopting AI tooling as the technology evolves • Experience using Jira and applying AI into workflows • Strong business and technical acume • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred • Experience in HCM and/or fintech environments is an asset
