Plan, implement, and monitor global after-sales
service programs
(MBS, MBC, Valet, etc.) to
ensure consistency and quality across all regions.
Identify and negotiate partnerships
for EV charging services in North America and Europe; propose
collaboration models to enhance customer convenience.
Develop and control timelines
for corrective action programs and recall campaigns in each market,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of global service
initiatives.
Prepare
periodic reports on service performance, partner engagement, and campaign
progress for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s
degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related
field.
Minimum
5–7 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in
the automotive industry.
Strong
knowledge of global service operations and regulatory compliance.
Proven
experience in partnership development and negotiation.
Excellent
project management and organizational skills.
Strong
communication and leadership abilities
English
