The Stock Plan Operations Business Analyst is a hybrid role with a unique aspect of working with client services and operations to support calculation and reporting on client needs that are not fully integrated into our product offering. Unique responsibilities include managing calculations, ensuring robust error checking and auditing, and communicating with clients and client teams as needed to answer questions or adjust reporting to meet their needs.
Client support work is expected to occupy roughly 20-30% of your time, and outside of this time you will operate as a business analyst focused on equity compensation solutions – including supporting workflow management tools, regulatory reporting needs and client services projects to drive scale and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced, self-directed team environment that is subject to high levels of internal and external audit scrutiny. Associate must be comfortable with multi-tasking, expectation setting and high-pressure occurrences.
