The Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM is responsible for driving strategic growth, solution design, and delivery for Oracle HCM projects. This role requires deep expertise across the full suite of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Learning. It also involves significant client engagement, from pre-sales through project execution, ensuring that solutions are tailored to client needs while aligning with business objectives.
Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions, including system configuration, integration, and optimization.
- Drive sales growth by supporting the development of proposals, crafting innovative solutions, and delivering impactful client presentations.
- Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to revenue targets.
- Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Provide thought leadership in Oracle HCM processes, including best practices, white papers, and intellectual capital.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture within the practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM solutions within broader enterprise systems.
- Use data and analytics to inform client decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
- Maintain strong executive presence and build lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including Oracle HCM systems and HR technology.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Learning).
- Strong project leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide complex HR technology projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication abilities.
- Experience in consulting, business development, and client relationship management.
- Oracle HCM module certifications preferred.
