Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support clients and business stakeholders in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Investigative experience working with large volumes of complex data.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and familiarity with SQL.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
- Ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.
- Excellent financial acumen, investigative, and modeling skills to analyze/structure agreements, support decisions, and provide post mortem analysis.
- Excellent business judgment, people management, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Support critical financial processes such as revenue reporting, forecasting, goal setting, Operational Expenditure (OpEx) planning, and budget management.
- Provide management with clear insights and recommendations into the business, market trends, risks and opportunities leading to business enhancement and business actions.
