Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with the internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in mobile apps, gaming companies or advertising sales, and understanding of the apps business.
- Experience in exceeding strategic/sales goals.
- Ability to grow in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to engage with cross-region team and potential clients.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Interest in data-driven sales and in broader business beyond ads.
