The Mission:
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and supporting the achievement of the company’s growth objectives across Spain.
The Role:
Lead, coach, and support both Sales and Medical teams to maximize performance and engagement.
Work closely with local teams to ensure efficient sales operations and strong conversion rates.
Promote alignment with internal processes, sales standards, and operational best practices across all clinics.
Design and deliver training initiatives and supporting materials for clinic teams.
Track and analyze sales KPIs to ensure targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Implement action plans and corrective measures to manage fluctuations in appointment and visit volumes.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure business goals and corporate OKRs are achieved.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a comparable commercial leadership role.
Strong background in direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales environments.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate sales teams across multiple clinic locations.
Professional fluency in English.
Availability to travel locally across Spain on a regular basis.
