Provides a range of Human Resources services and advice within an assigned location, division or functional area. Works with management to develop people strategies that support business strategies including workforce optimization, total rewards, organization design and talent management. Understand, address, and ensure effective resolution of issues related to employee relations, labor relations and associated standard / regulatory compliance. Collaborates with leaders and HR centers of excellence to facilitate delivery of salary administration, benefits, payroll, performance management, employee development, records management and related processes and programs. Engages with leaders, teams and employees to address / resolve questions relating to HR, people management and related practices. Advises on local legal / policy requirements.
Gains familiarity overall Human Resources concepts, practices and methodologies. With guidance, provides integrated services such as those outlined below: Salary administration. Benefits administration. Employee relations investigation and issues resolution. Affirmative action and Diversity & Inclusion. Regulatory compliance. Individual and team development and training. Supports team efforts to ensure uniform, consistent and fair application of Human Resources programs and policies. Communicates concerns, anticipated issues and recommendations to more senior team members and management. Maintains accurate files and records. Assists with special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Local People Support. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
