We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead with 9–10 years of expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, integrations, and migrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, managing technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Manage data migration strategies and execution for legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Drive innovation by leveraging Agentforce capabilities to enhance customer and agent experiences.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce applications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience with Agentforce implementation and customization.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Solid experience in data migration strategies, ETL tools, and execution.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer II, or Application Architect are highly desirable.
