Contribute to the delivery and coordination of Group‑level ESG activities by owning key regulatory disclosures (CSRD/ESRS, URD), managing external ESG questionnaires and ratings interactions, leading transversal sustainability projects, and supporting recurring ESG governance routines and networks.
Act as a central execution and coordination role ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of ESG deliverables that directly impact regulatory compliance, ESG ratings, investor relations, and client engagement.
Areas of responsibilities :
CSRD :
Own CSRD Water & Pollution disclosures end‑to‑end (narratives, methodologies, and technical inputs) and produce audit‑ready documentation, including 20+ DMA memos supporting ESRS requirements; support audit preparation and interface with external auditors.
Monitor changes in ESG standards, policies and frameworks and translate updates into reporting implications (scope, evidence, methodology)
Questionnaires :
Own the CDP Water questionnaire end‑to‑end (data collection, drafting, modelling, and submission of 100+ complex questions).
Act as PMO / contributor for EcoVadis (full questionnaire ownership) and coordinate ESG ratings interactions with Sustainalytics and MSCI.
Responds to ESG questionnaires from clients, business partners and investors, supporting tender eligibility, customer requirements and ad‑hoc investor requests.
Special projects :
Support transversal ESG projects (e.g., HEC Business Project) and drive the technical update of Sustainability Highlights (content, key messages, visuals, coordination with Communications).
Support ESG webinars (coordination, scripting inputs, logistics) and manage the commuting questionnaire supporting employee‑related Scope 3 calculations.
Support internal engagement events (E3 Weeks / Planet Week) and maintain / upgrade the Fincom AI tool used by Sales & Investor Relations for ESG responses.
Contribute and deploy internal documentation and training programs through the CSR network to strengthen ESG capabilities and adoption.
Communication :
Coordinate and animate the Planet Project – regular meeting with Central community for Sustainability - (agenda, decks, alignment across regions/functions) to sustain consistent execution and alignment.
Support preparation of ESG communication materials and ensure message consistency across internal and external stakeholders.
Profile :
Fluent in French and English
Master’s degree from business, science, engineering or information systems school/university
Management Competencies (plan, organize, run, debrief, and summarize meetings and routines)
Knowledge about global ESG regulations
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Proactive and ambitious mindset who can work with full autonomy with the right level of escalation if needed
Excel skills are a must (pivot tables, queries, etc.)
Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to present idea with clarity
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and transforming insights into actionable recommendations
Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to escalate appropriately when needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
