Duties and Responsibilities
As an OPS Clerk, you will assist Hearing Officers in preparing for and conducting administrative hearings. You will also assist staff with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, as well as provide customer service to internal and external customers. This work includes: Legal document and case file management, Preparation of documents for hearings, Data entry into Department databases, Answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages, Preparing and answering email correspondence, and Collecting fees and processing payments.
