Role Impact:
The Summer Student role provides essential administrative and operational support to the property management team. This position ensures the office functions efficiently by managing documentation, coordinating facility logistics and assisting with tenant-facing activities.
What you will deliver:
- Organize and maintain departmental filing system by ensuring all materials are securely filed on a timely and accurate basis so that documents are readily available and easily retrieved when necessary;
- Provide general administrative support to property management, as required.
- Administrative duties such as monitoring and maintaining departmental office supplies, reviewing supply requests and ordering items that need replenishing, and coordinating tenant meeting rooms bookings.
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for tenants, ensuring all interactions are handled promptly and courteously, maintaining the CF brand image.
- Manage the scheduling of shared spaces and logistics, such as conference rooms and freight elevators, to prevent service interruptions.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of tenant-facing events (e.g. Stampede Breakfast, Food Truck event) ensuring logistical tasks are completed on time to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

What you need to succeed:
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Computer literate and fully proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

- Solid organizational and prioritizing skills;
- Strong research and analytical skills.
