Position: Manager Customer Service
Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)

As a Manager Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
- Lead, motivate, develop, and coach the Customer Service team, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality customer service processes supporting local Sales & Service Units (SSUs), the Distribution Center in the Netherlands, and the factory in Poland.
- Take ownership of order book management, outbound shipments, returns, complaints, and customer relationships.
- Supervise daily workload, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely order entry and confirmations.
- Serve as escalation point for customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor customer service performance through KPIs such as backorders, complaints, and delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction.
- Support the Distribution Director in the delivery of improvement and operational projects.
Skills and experience you will need in this role:
- Degree in Service Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven experience in customer service operations within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM, ERP, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proactive, solution-oriented leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
