In this role, you will deliver trauma‑informed therapy, crisis intervention, and person‑centered clinical support to help stabilize placements, strengthen family functioning, and promote reunification.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Child Placement Therapist, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high‑quality, community‑based therapeutic services. You will provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor person‑centered plans, support caregivers with behavioral strategies, and guide youth and families toward improved coping, stability, and long‑term well‑being.
Your work will take place across therapeutic foster homes, natural environments, and community settings, ensuring care is accessible, person‑centered, and aligned with best practices.
