We’re looking for a structured and proactive Store Environment Coordinator to join our Northern Europe (NE) Store Environment team during our colleague's parental leave. This is a unique opportunity to support the development and execution of store environment and visual merchandising initiatives across five markets — helping ensure consistency, quality, and impact in every store.
Your role
As Store Environment Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of store environment and visual merchandising projects across NE. You’ll work closely with country teams, marketing, product, and retail colleagues to coordinate rollouts, create support materials, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
From managing POS updates and store assessments to supporting pilot projects and mock store maintenance, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to create engaging, brand-aligned store experiences.

You’ll be part of the NE Store Environment team, reporting to the Senior Store Environment Manager, and working closely with Store Environment Managers in each country. Our team is based in Nordhavn and works across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Netherlands.
