As our Product Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our internally developed advanced analytics and AI applications. Reporting to the Director of Advanced Analytics & AI in the Global Supply Chain Data & AI team, you will partner with cross-functional development teams to guide products through all phases of the lifecycle and serve as the custodian of our growing application portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and leading processes that ensure the portfolio's long-term sustainability. This role is a critical enabler to support our 2030 digital strategy as we transition to building more solutions internally.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Health & Governance: Oversee the operational health, reliability, and continuous performance of our growing portfolio of custom full-stack applications to ensure high availability for supply chain business users.
Release & Lifecycle Management: Establish and lead end-to-end software lifecycle standards and management,, shepherding custom-built applications seamlessly from design and prototype into sustained production and enhancement.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align and drive activities of hybrid developer teams—composed of internal developers, external contractors, and IT partners—to ensure delivery of robust and sustainable solutions
Technical Integrity & Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing "sniff tests" of software builds to proactively spot architectural gaps, flag deployment risks, manage technical debt, and ensure seamless integration with core systems
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between development teams and supply chain operations leaders to manage performance expectations, communicate application health metrics, and triage enhancement and maintenance needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field of study.
8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development or technical product management.
Demonstrated experience governing the product life cycle of custom-built, full-stack applications
Proven track record of managing and collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional development teams, including internal developers, IT partners, and external contractors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building, deploying or maintaining advanced analytics or AI applications
Prior experience in Supply Chain operations or the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Strong technical diagnostic skills, with the ability to read code and evaluate architecture to identify technical risks before production release.
Public proof of competency (e.g., open source projects, personal github repo, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
