Underwriting Assistant

Job Responsibilities 

• Preparation of renewal notices
• Updating various internal and external business reports
• Liaison with internal parties such as Finance Department to ensure premium is settled accurately and timely
• Process policy servicing requests with quality within the agreed KPI and SLA
• Handle policy services enquires
• Support ad-hoc projects / duties / system testing assigned by Manager

Job Requirements 

• Degree holder with 2 years working experience, preferably in Insurance industry
• Experience working in General Insurance field is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Cantonese is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, mature and a good team player
• A good sense of responsibility, with patience and a positive working attitude
• Able to work independently and under pressure
