About the role
We are looking for a Global Product Technology Manager (PTM) with a strong focus on ozone-based technologies for water treatment applications.
The role sits at the intersection of technology, product development, and market needs, with the objective of developing and improving products and technologies across their lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, competitiveness, and alignment with customer and business requirements.
The Product Technology Manager acts as a technical reference for the ozone product line, working closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Operations, as well as with customers and De Nora hubs worldwide, to translate market needs into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Requirements
Must‑have
Master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related technical fields.
At least 10 years of experience in the water treatment industry, preferably in Product Management, Product Technology, or Technical Sales roles.
Strong understanding of product development processes, market dynamics, and customer‑driven innovation.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams in a project or product management context.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess market trends and translate them into technical and business opportunities.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical content to different audiences.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice‑to‑have
Experience with technology transfer in international or multi‑site organizations.
Familiarity with basic financial and accounting principles related to product costing and business cases.
Previous exposure to certification and regulatory processes in the water treatment sector.
