■組織・チーム紹介 私たちは、PlayStationプラットフォームの開発者向けSDKを開発するチームです。現在、PS5 Proに搭載されたPlayStation Spectral Super Resolution（PSSR）をはじめとする、AIを活用した次世代グラフィックス技術の研究開発に取り組んでいます。 当課は、Unreal Engineなどの商用ゲームエンジン、またゲーム開発スタジオ独自の内製エンジンを利用し、学習データ作成環境の構築、SDKのゲームエンジンへの組み込み、画質課題の検証などを行っています。グラフィックスアルゴリズムやレンダリング手法への理解を活かし、検証結果を設計・実装へフィードバックするなど、上流工程にも関与できます。 リアルタイムレンダリング、ゲームエンジン、GPUプログラミング、AI技術といった幅広い分野を扱うため、ゲームエンジンを用いたグラフィックス開発や評価の経験を活かして活躍できる環境です。加えて、注目度の高い「グラフィックス × AI」分野において、研究から実装、製品化まで一貫して関わる実務経験を積むことができます。   ■職務内容 実際のゲームアプリケーションの開発環境を利用し、ゲームエンジンを改変し学習に必要なデータを作成します。 また開発中のPlayStaion用SDKをUnrealや各種ゲームエンジンに組み込み、動作検証や課題調査を行います。   ■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像 【必須要件(MUST)】 C++での開発経験があり、下記のいずれか（または複数）に該当する方 ・Unreal等のゲームエンジンの知識 ・DirectX等のグラフィックスAPIの知識 ・GPUアーキテクチャ・GPUプログラミングへの知見   【歓迎要件(WANT)】 ・英語によるコミュニケーションが可能な方   【求められる人物像】 ・エンジンの動作解析などコードのリーディング能力を持ち、効果的な実装の出来る方
