Job summary:
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in the operational success of the marketing department. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between creative strategy and technical execution. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, maintain our digital presence, and manage key stakeholder relationships to drive brand growth within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all departmental output adheres to industry compliance standards and internal approval internal processes.
Manage departmental reporting, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
Utilise project management frameworks to track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure the seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns.
Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of web properties, focusing on user interface enhancements, content publishing, and quality assurance of all website updates against approved briefs.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of recurring investor communications, ensuring content is reviewed against approved briefs, data is accurate, and cross-departmental alignment is maintained.
Coordinate the roll-out of high-priority product and feature launches
Support the external communication strategy by coordinating media outreach, managing PR timelines, and ensuring all external communications are aligned with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with external and internal partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and support new product integrations.
Lead the end-to-end logistics for the brand’s event calendar, focusing on building community and enhancing client retention.
Coordinate the content calendar across all channels in collaboration with internal team, ensuring timely delivery of assets, alignment with campaign objectives, and consistency across brands.
2-4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within Fintech, Banking, or a regulated Professional Services environment
Tertiary level of education within Marketing and/or Public Relations
Direct interest in trading and investments is considered an asset
Proficient with key marketing tools and CRM systems, including WordPress, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, social media management tools, and CRM systems
Proven experience using Jira or similar project management software
Skilled in compiling campaign reports, analysing pre-campaign data, and reviewing marketing deliverables for brief alignment, accuracy, and brand consistency
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and proof content produced by others, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with campaign briefs
Detailed oriented with exceptional organisation skills and proactive approach
Capable of coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced and evolving industry
