Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and support the day-to-day performance of the team, ensuring targets and service levels are met;
Monitor, prioritize, and distribute workload to maintain efficiency and team balance.
Act as the main point of contact for the Interface team in meetings and cross-functional initiatives;
Support timely problem resolution and escalate issues when needed;
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, processes, and systems;
Identify improvement opportunities in daily operations and support implementation of changes;
Collaborate closely with other departments and teams within Circle K;
Foster an open and positive team environment where employees feel supported and can develop their skills;
Support and embrace organizational changes, helping the team adapt effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or relevant;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Excellent communication skills;
Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe and America;
Positive, change and improvement-driven mindset.
