Role Summary
The Executive Support team plays a crucial role in enabling our leaders and broader organisation to operate efficiently and effectively. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality, proactive support that not only manages day-to-day operational demands but also anticipates needs before they arise. This role requires strong leadership—helping drive best practices, fostering collaboration across fellow EAs and business management, and contributing to a cohesive, high performing team.
You will deliver a wide range of services, including complex diary and meeting management, proactive inbox management, streamlined handling of internal and external communications, coordination of international travel, maintenance of records and documentation, and expert guidance on tools, systems, and processes. Your ability to build strong partnerships, influence outcomes, and proactively connect work across teams will be key to supporting our leaders in an extremely fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
You will bring a strategic mindset, sound judgment and discretion and have the ability to operate confidentiality and in ambiguity. You will require a talent for building trust quickly and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders globally.
