Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemistry from reputable universities
- 5-10 years of sales experience within the water treatment industry, utility water or wastewater treatment; prior experience of a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage
- A proven sales track record with consistent achievement of sales targets
- High proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Availability and willingness to travel, with no travel restrictions
- Completion of military service requirements for male candidates
- Valid Class B driving license

Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, and align the sales team in line with the company’s strategic objectives
- Strengthen and expand customer relationships to ensure sustainable growth while enhancing the company’s technical expertise and overall market reputation
- Oversee and manage all sales activities, including monitoring performance and ensuring effective sales operations
- Analyze regional sales performance, define sales targets, and build new customer portfolios to achieve growth objectives; further develop business with existing customers and prepare and deliver tailored customer proposals
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers in the region, successfully achieving both sales volume and profitability targets across new and existing accounts
- Manage and coordinate relationships with regional partners, providing guidance and support to help increase their sales performance
- Plan and coordinate all regional orders (from both partners and direct customers), working closely with the customer sales support team to ensure timely and complete deliveries
- Generate new business opportunities through existing customer relationships and professional networks, increasing domestic and international sales while developing relationships with prospective customers
- Prepare detailed sales reports, briefings, forecasts, and planning documents as requested by senior management
- Provide comprehensive advisory support to customers on non-standard technical questions or challenges, offering effective and innovative problem-solving solutions
- Support the introduction and promotion of new technologies to customers and partners
- Lead the onboarding, integration, and continuous development of new sales engineers, including both theoretical and hands-on training.
- Plan and deliver internal and external technical training sessions as well as sales training programs
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, while systematically identifying new sales markets and application opportunities
