About the School of Law
The School of Law, established in 2025, evolved from the former Graduate School of Business and Law. Situated in the historic Emily McPherson Building, it offers RMIT law students an engaging and dynamic learning environment, enriched by state-of-the-art resources, experienced teaching staff, and strong industry connections.
As one of four schools within RMIT’s College of Business and Law, the School delivers the Bachelor of Laws (including double degrees) and the Juris Doctor program, both accredited by the Victorian Legal Admissions Board.

About the role
Activities for this casual role may include administrative support across a broad range of School operations, including payroll, invoice and procurement support, office and facilities coordination, event planning and engagement activities, and secretariat and committee support.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• Experience providing administrative support in large organisations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing high quality work.
• Customer centric mindset.
• Proficiency using MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet skills to work confidently with electronic documents and record management systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, demanding environment.
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in a relevant administrative support role.
