The Anti-Money Laundering, Tax Evasion and Data Acquisition Solutions Department is currently looking for a team leader who’s eager to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Anti-Money Laundering, Tax Evasion and Data Acquisition Solutions Department specializes in the interpretation and application of financial crime regulations, particularly in the following areas:
Anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF)
International tax evasion (FATCA and CRS)
International economic sanctions
As an Anti-Money Laundering Solutions Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to provide management support for members of a team working to deliver technical solutions. You coordinate your unit’s activities, action plans and projects. You will guide and supervise a team primarily composed of professional employees, assigning mandates and tasks while ensuring consistent follow-up on progress and deliverables. You foster talent development and drive employee engagement by creating a positive and motivating work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. More specifically, you will be required to:
Help determine your unit’s service offer and oversee the implementation and execution of projects and activities
Oversee, support and motivate a multidisciplinary IT team to carry out highly complex projects
Meet objectives on time and on budget
Assign mandates, closely monitor progress and adjust priorities based on capacity and issues
Manage results, performance, quality and partner satisfaction.
Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.
Help resolve complaints and dissatisfaction in accordance with the organization’s practices.
Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development. Manage the budget
Help maintain strong, effective relationships with partners
Update our practices, processes, and ways of working by aligning with enterprise architecture standards and encouraging the adoption of new approaches within the team

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in IT, project management or a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including three years in team management
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in a role requiring strong capacity management skills
Project management experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
