- Telephone and written customer support
- Support in establishing further products and services on the market
- Monitoring and recording customer data or entries in our database
- Organization of installation training
- Maintenance of photovoltaic products and energy storage systems
- Field service support for initial installations and maintenance- Technical contact person for the customer during the projectQualifications- Ideally completed vocational training in the electrotechnical and renewable energy field.
- Very good knowledge of German, English, or any other European language (Chinese a plus)
- Good communication skills and professional appearance- Basic computer skills in all common applications
- Driving license: class BApply
