NEXO - Responsável por liderar as atividades de execução dos projetos de Major Overhaul da área, assegurando o cumprimento dos indicadores de manutenção e conduzindo os processos de análise crítica mensal e semanal desses indicadores. Atuará na elaboração, desenvolvimento e gestão de projetos de engenharia, incluindo o planejamento de cronogramas, definição de recursos e controle orçamentário, além de garantir o nivelamento adequado das atividades e dos recursos disponíveis na empresa. Também será responsável por assegurar o registro e manutenção dos históricos de manutenção, por meio da emissão de relatórios detalhados que contemplem as atividades realizadas, os principais eventos e oportunidades de melhoria. O cargo envolve ainda a coordenação do planejamento orçamentário de médio e longo prazos, a garantia da emissão dos relatórios de manutenção com reporte consistente de indicadores e a liderança dos processos de análise crítica correspondentes. Adicionalmente, espera-se que o(a) profissional compreenda, promova e apoie a implementação da política de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente da Alumar em sua área de atuação..
