Job Description Summary:

EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI (Return on Investment). All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.  

Focus, Scope, & Impact: 

Own and elevate assets and experiences, ensuring they deliver emotional connection, memorability, and commercial impact across live, retail, and experiential solutions. 

• Assets Strategy & Management: Define local assets strategy, aligned with category and connection priorities. Lead planning, negotiation, and execution of brand assets. Ensure assets are modular, scalable, and experience-ready. 

• Experiential Marketing Leadership: Lead experiential marketing strategy and capabilities. Elevate how brands show up in live experiences, events, and activations. Ensure experiences are distinctive, sharable, and conversion-oriented 

• Retail & Shopper Experiences: Own retail and shopper experience design, in partnership with commercial teams. Leverage retail experiences as media and data capture moments. 

• Innovation, Tech & Measurement: Integrate technology, data capture, and personalization into experiences. 

Experience & Critical Requirements  

• Significant project management experience (10 years+) and agency management  

• Great to have : experience in relevant marketing disciplines like creative strategy, connections, category/brand positioning  

• Led complex projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
