Position Overview
As a Technology Solutions Manager you will be responsible for relaying the Direct Travel technology and solutions story to our clients and prospects. You will engage with mid-Market and Enterprise customers to understand their business needs and uncover their current challenges to recommend and present a solution that will work best for their unique program. The Technology Solutions Manager role is critical in bridging the gap between product capabilities, client requirements, and successful implementation outcomes.
This role will work closely with sales, marketing, product marketing/management, proposal teams, enablement, and services/implementation. You will report to the VP of Technology Solutions.
