We’re looking for an Application & Workflow Specialist, Reporting to join Sectra. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting radiology workflows, reporting systems, or PACS environments who is excited about improving operational efficiency and helping healthcare organizations optimize how they use reporting technology.
This position plays a key role in supporting reporting workflows and operational processes across customer environments. You will partner closely with radiologists, clinical users, PACS teams, project teams, and technical resources to help customers optimize reporting efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve day-to-day operations within their imaging environments.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of radiology operations, reporting workflows, and healthcare technology, along with the ability to work directly with customers to analyze workflows, troubleshoot operational challenges, support onboarding and go-lives, and deliver meaningful workflow improvements. Experience with reporting platforms such as Powerscribe 360 is strongly preferred.
In this role, you will:

Conduct workflow analysis and support optimization of reporting related workflows within customer environments

Support implementation, onboarding, configuration, and go-live activities related to reporting solutions and workflow processes

Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and recommend workflow improvements and best practices

Support troubleshooting and resolution of reporting workflow, application, and end-user issues

Collaborate with applications, integration, project management, and customer teams to support successful customer outcomes

Support customer training and workflow education initiatives both remotely and onsite

Assist with workflow validation, testing, optimization, and operational readiness activities
-
Help customers improve reporting efficiency and overall workflow effectiveness

Develop and maintain workflow documentation, operational resources, and customer support materials

Participate in customer meetings, workflow discussions, and operational improvement initiatives

Travel to customer sites as needed to support implementations, go-lives, workflow assessments, and customer engagement activities
To be successful in this role, you should:

Have 3–7 years of experience working within radiology, PACS, reporting systems, or healthcare imaging workflows

Have prior experience as a PACS Administrator, SuperUser, Applications Specialist, Radiology IT Analyst, or similar role

Have a strong understanding of radiology workflows, reporting operations, and healthcare imaging environments
- Experience supporting reporting platforms such as Powerscribe 360

Be comfortable troubleshooting workflow and operational issues in customer facing environments

Be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to documentation and process consistency

Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills

Be able to quickly learn new applications, workflows, and technologies

Be fluent in English
- Travel as required (up to 80%)

The salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000, based on experience and qualifications
