At Aruma, we support people with disability and complex needs to live a great life — the life they want, the life they choose. We’re seeking a Customer and Community Engagement Officer who brings strong customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing nature, and a genuine desire to help others.
You’ll be the first and most important point of contact for participants, families and stakeholders. Acting as the welcoming face of Aruma, you’ll guide people through their service journey, coordinate onboarding and referrals, and ensure a seamless, compliant and person‑centred experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is approachable, organised, and confident engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, with working knowledge of the NDIS (or the willingness to quickly learn).
This is a permanent full‑time role with flexible location options across:
QLD: Windsor
NSW: Parramatta, Newcastle or Illawarra
VIC: Bundoora
