Senior Director of Clinic Satellites Position Summary: The Senior Director of Clinic Satellites provides strategic and operational oversight of multiple clinic satellite sites within the division. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, efficient, and consistent service delivery across locations by leading and supporting Site Directors who manage day-to-day clinic operations. Senior Director of Clinic Satellites Job Responsibilities: Operational Leadership • Monitor and drive performance related to access, productivity, service efficiency, and patient flow • Identify operational trends, challenges, and opportunities, and implement solutions across sites • Ensure consistency in workflows, policies, and procedures across all satellite locations • Partner with Site Directors to address operational barriers and support continuous improvement.
Staff Supervision & Management • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Site Directors • Establish clear expectations, performance goals, and accountability structures for site leadership • Support Site Directors in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture • Participate in hiring • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and support staff engagement. • Partner with Site Directors and Human Resources in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, and provide guidance and oversight related to staff performance management
Quality & Compliance • Oversee site-level performance related to clinical quality measures, compliance standards, and patient outcomes • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including OMH, OASAS, and CCBHC standards as applicable • Provide oversight across clinic satellite sites to ensure adherence to Zero Suicide protocols, including monitoring suicide risk identification, safety planning, and follow-up care, while supporting Site Directors in driving performance and continuous improvement • Participate in incident review processes and support implementation of corrective actions as needed. • Oversee resolution of patient grievances escalated beyond the clinic level, ensuring timely follow-up, compliance, and integration of trends into quality improvement initiatives
Strategic Growth and Integration • Support the development and execution of growth strategies for clinic satellite services • Identify opportunities for service expansion, enhanced access, and improved integration of care • Participate in strategic planning efforts and operationalize divisional goals across sites
Financial and Resource Management • Monitor site-level financial performance in collaboration with finance leadership • Support Site Directors in managing staffing models, scheduling, and resource allocation • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize resource utilization
Organizational Leadership and Site Support • Participate in community-based meetings • Actively participate in agency governance committees and contribute to organizational decision-making. • Coordinate with landlords and/or the agency’s Facilities Department to address physical plant needs, including building access, safety, maintenance, and janitorial services. • Identify, document, and report incidents in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrate flexibility in response to operational needs, including adjustments in schedule or site support as necessary. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support site and organizational operations.
Senior Director Clinic Satellites Qualifications: • Current NYS License required (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT or LMHC) • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Experience in outpatient behavioral health or integrated care settings strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $107,000 annually.
