Sales Support;
Main point of contact for answering sales and service queries
Qualifying leads and forwarding to Account Managers
Preparing quotes and distribute to customers with support of Account Managers and/or Solutions Specialist’s.
Sales Order Processing in a timely manner and in accordance with Elekta’s processes
Ensure data is accurate in the system and maintained.
Working with logistics and Order fulfilment teams to ensure shipment dates are accurate.
Setting up new suppliers as required, processing supplier PO and invoices.
Working with Finance team ensuring invoices are correct .
Managing Customer Training requirements; including supporting course enrolment, customer travel and expense reimbursement
Responsible for processing the returns and replacement of Brachytherapy parts & commercial items for all product groups and updating cases accordingly.
Coordination of Tenders & Contract Management Support;
Coordinating the project from initial publication to submission, ensuring all documents are collated and actions completed within the tender process.
Work with sales team, legal, financial experts to drive activity and quality via contract checklist, ensuring 1st reviews take place and risk is minimized.
Manage handover from Sales to Order Fulfilment process;
Working with Account Managers to progress opportunities, ensuring the appropriate documents and information are provided and attached.
Ensuring orders move from our CRM (Salesforce) to our Financial System (Movex) smoothly, with no errors.
Progressing and managing small value orders/projects i.e. Brachy Applicators
Identify and implement improvements that enhances the customer’s satisfaction whilst interacting with Elekta’s sales teams.
Marketing Support;
Working with Sales Director, Account Managers and Commercialization teams to organise local Marketing events and customer visits
Working with Sales Director, Account Managers and Commercialization teams to organise customer meetings and demos for international conferences, e.g. ESTRO and ASTRO
Identify and implement improvements that enhances the customer’s satisfaction whilst interacting with Elekta’s marketing events.
Closing opportunities within CLM
Continued communication, written and verbal with customers both internal and external.
Word and Excel are essential, at least to intermediate and preferably expert standard.
Ability to be organised and familiar with data entry/data mining using spreadsheets (Excel) & be able to generate management reports.
Knowledge of ERP/CLM system would be an advantage (Salesforce would be preferable)
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Proven track record of committing to deadlines & working with minimal supervision.
Knowledge and experience of working within Movex, would be advantageous, but not essential.
