Paradise Lodge & Bungalows is seeking a Lodge Manager to lead operations through the upcoming season. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a well-established, fully staffed 46-unit property in Lake Louise. The team is experienced, collaborative, and takes pride in the guest experience. This is not a rebuild role—the focus is on providing steady leadership, supporting the team, and maintaining consistency across the operation. Reporting to the VP Operations, the Lodge Manager is accountable for the day-to-day performance of the property, including team leadership, guest experience, and overall operational consistency. What the Work Involves • Leading daily operations across guest services, housekeeping, and property upkeep • Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth and consistent operations • Supporting and coaching an established team, providing clear and steady leadership • Acting as the primary decision-maker on-site for operational and team matters • Managing guest concerns and supporting service recovery when needed • Maintaining a structured, organized, and respectful work environment • Supporting operational standards, including service consistency, cleanliness, and safety The Environment • Located in Lake Louise within a small, close-knit team • Fully staffed and operating with a team in place • Onsite accommodation provided • Seasonal role requiring on-site presence and schedule flexibility • Supported by BCP Head Office for operational guidance What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or a similar environment • Experience in lodge, hotel, or seasonal operations is an asset • A steady, team-first leadership style • Strong operational awareness (front desk, housekeeping, or property operations) • Comfortable being hands-on and present in daily operations • Sound judgment and clear communication What’s Offered • Competitive compensation based on experience • Onsite accommodation in Lake Louise
