We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team part-time on Days at Abundant Grace, in Seaford. Hours – 30 hrs per week, you must be available to work alternate weekends Week 1: Tuesday 8-8 Wednesday 2-8 Friday 8-8 Week 2: Wednesday 2-8 Saturday 8-8 Sunday 8-8. *We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time* As a Care Assistant you will be: • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; • Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; • Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system; • Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences; • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
