Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications, to join our growing team. The Director, Enterprise Applications, is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and ongoing operation of the organization’s enterprise application portfolio. This position leads a team of managers, analysts, and technical specialists, and will partner with senior business and IT leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and effective application solutions that advance enterprise objectives.
How you’ll make us better:
• Drive, operationalize, and advance the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise application portfolio in alignment with business and technology objectives • Establish governance, standards, and operating procedures for application administration, integration, change management, and lifecycle management • Partner with executive and senior business leaders to translate organizational priorities into application capabilities and process improvements • Oversee delivery of major projects, system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, and budget commitments are met • Manage relationships with strategic application vendors, including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and issue escalation • Oversee the operational health and reliability of business applications, including service levels, incident resolution, and continuous improvement • Ensure application compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, including HIPAA and PCI, in coordination with Security, Compliance, and Privacy functions • Manage the operating and capital budget for the enterprise applications function, including forecasting, prioritization, and vendor spend • Drive data accuracy, integrity, and security across business applications and supporting integrations • This role requires use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively

Prerequisites for success: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required • Twelve (12) years of progressive IT experience required • Six (6) years of experience leading enterprise applications required • Four (4) years of supervisory experience required, including experience managing other supervisors • Experience working in a multi-unit or multi-site environment required • Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and integration technologies • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and the broader enterprise application landscape • Advanced knowledge of application governance, lifecycle management, and software delivery practices • Advanced knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to business applications, including HIPAA and PCI • Advanced knowledge Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
