About the location:
A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.The Landscaper supports the daily care, maintenance, and presentation of golf course landscaped areas through hands-on landscaping and horticulture tasks. This role is essential to maintaining the beauty, cleanliness, and health of the golf grounds and surrounding landscaped spaces.
The Landscaper performs routine grounds maintenance activities with attention to detail, safety, and quality standards while working independently or as part of a team. This position requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing outdoor conditions.
Perform basic landscaping and horticultural tasks across golf grounds, including weeding, hand watering, planting, and general landscape upkeep.
Apply fertilizers, pre-emergent weed controls, and insect pest management treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and established procedures.
Operate landscape maintenance equipment including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, edging tools, and other groundskeeping machinery.
Complete general landscape labor duties with limited supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Use a variety of hand tools such as hand trowels, garden shears, hand weeders, and other landscaping tools as needed.
Assist with irrigation maintenance tasks, including basic PVC pipe connections, repairs, and adjustments.
Remove debris, rubbish, and other materials to ensure clean, safe, and visually appealing golf grounds.
Perform lifting and other physically demanding duties as required to support landscaping operations.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and team members while protecting company property.
Support additional landscaping and grounds-related duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with landscape equipment and hand tools is a plus.
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining clean and well-kept grounds.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and follow established procedures.
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and positive approach.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time, outdoor position.
Must be flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on golf and operational requirements.
Position requires continuous physical activity, including bending, lifting, walking, and standing outdoors.
