We’re seeking an Operations Generalist to join our Creative & Design (C&D) team at our historic offices in Hsinchu.
In this role, you'll be the strategic support for Logitech's AP team, managing and executing on operational priorities for our onsite teams in multiple office locations, C&D labs, and C&D spaces, as well as supporting AP remote needs when they arise. .

Budget & Contracts:
Draft and Route Statements of Work, NDAs, and Contracts.
Create and manage Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
Manage invoice reconciliation.
Clear and compliant tracking of costs, contracts, and workflows along established best practices.
Assets & Infrastructure:
Procure, provide, and track requests for Logitech equipment not provided by IT, lab equipment and supplies not already provided by other teams.
Manage physical C&D prototypes along their lifecycle - cataloging, storing, archiving, and confidential disposal.
Manage C&D specific spaces, labs, and storage in Hsinchu to serve local teams impactfully, in collaboration with Workplace Experience and other teams.
Events & On-Site Support:
Partner with stakeholders to support C&D Events in the AP Region (Workshops, Offsites, Team All-Hands, Hackathons and more).
Partner to support our CDO and C&D Leadership Team with regional needs.
Partner to support our traveling team members with onsite and offsite needs.
Plan & support WW C&D events in partnership with EMEA and AMR Regional Operations Generalists.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Experience & Skills:
5+ years of project coordination or executive assistance experience.
Strong familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.) and general technical proficiency.
Success managing cross department and cross functional projects (partnering with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Finance).
Meticulously detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Mindset & Approach:
Genuine interest in brand and creative, design, innovation, and sustainability.
Collaborative spirit—comfortable working across teams, locations, and disciplines.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and finds creative solutions.
