The appointee will support a faculty member in the Department of Management in conducting behavioral research, including the design, administration, and analysis of experimental and survey-based studies. The role involves close collaboration with the Principal Investigator on multiple ongoing projects.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in management, psychology, economics, behavioral science, or a related discipline, and an excellent command of written and spoken English. The ideal candidate should have a sincere interest in academic research, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience with Qualtrics, Prolific, and R / R Studio is an advantage. (Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 4 months; full-time or part-time arrangements considered)
