We are seeking a Workday SCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support
Workday Supply Chain modules. This role involves working closely with
procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline operations and
optimize business processes within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement
and configure Workday SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Supplier
Accounts, and Expenses.
Gather
business requirements from supply chain and procurement stakeholders.
Translate
requirements into functional specifications and Workday configurations.
Configure
business processes, approval workflows, and supplier management processes.
Support
end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing (SIT/UAT),
and deployment.
Collaborate
with technical teams on integrations (e.g., third-party vendors, ERP
systems).
Provide
post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
Ensure
compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
Conduct
user training and prepare documentation.
Requirements
3–10
years of experience in Workday SCM or ERP supply chain consulting.
Strong
understanding of supply chain processes:
Procure-to-Pay
(P2P)
Supplier
Management
Inventory
Management
Hands-on
experience with Workday modules:
Procurement
Supplier
Accounts
Inventory
(if applicable)
Experience
in at least one full lifecycle workday implementation.
Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Workday
SCM or Financials certification.
Experience
with Workday integrations and reporting.
Knowledge
of Workday Financials (GL/AP) for cross-functional alignment.
