Job Summary
1. Role
1.1 Q-Support to PPU in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) as part of TTM process.
1.2 Main interface of rBU all supplier quality related issues after SOP (e.g. ECR, 8D, concessions, defect cost reimbursement, and etc).
1.3 First escalation level for the Plant for purchased parts quality issues.
1.4 Support achievement of Cost targets for related Product Group along the entire Product Life Cycle.
2. Job Scope
2.1 Purchasing Quality responsibility and accountability for the responsible Product Group within the rBU along the product life cycle.
2.2 PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR release.
2.3 Complaint management.
2.4 Blocked stock handling & Concession handling.
2.5 Represent Purchasing in Plant Point-CIP activities.
2.6 Measure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIs.
2.7 Operative handling of quality cost reimbursement.
2.8 Trigger escalation of supplier (as input of Q-escalation process).
2.9 Support all the relevant quality projects in rBU project team.
2.10 RPP / Tooling (incl. tooling transfer): Tech. Discussion, measurement harmonization, Process audit, Test & qualification-check, Product Certifications.
