Support the creation of management and C-level communication materials, including clear and concise presentations for leadership updates, decision-making and stakeholder alignment
Help create programme status reports in alignment with the respective owners
You engage with various stakeholders to ensure aligned storylines and consistent reporting
Create and provide templates across the department to professionalize and standardize presentations and reports
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally combined with initial practical experience
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Structured, independent and detail-oriented way of working, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong ability to create high-quality written and visual content, including presentations for senior stakeholders, combined with confidence in interpreting and working with data
