Supplier Quality Plant Technician

What you’ll do:

•Act as the main plant contact for supplier quality topics, supporting communication and follow-up with suppliers to ensure product and process quality compliance.

•Support problem-solving and supplier claim management, participating in 8D investigations, design analysis, containment activities, and corrective action follow-up related to supplier issues.

•Drive supplier quality activities on the shop floor, coordinating sorting activities, supporting quality containment, and providing indirect leadership to ensure operational stability and customer protection.

What is required:

•Degree in Engineer and proven previous experience in Plant Quality

•Experience in Supplier Quality / SQE activities within manufacturing or automotive environments

•Knowledge of process quality, product quality, and problem-solving methodologies (8D)

•Ability to communicate and interact with suppliers and cross-functional teams

•Intermediate English (interaction with European suppliers)
