The Services 

We have various services in Sydney Inner City and North Shore areas with proudly assessed by NSW Department of Education as Exceeding the National Quality Standard in the most services. The Role:

At KU, we value professionalism, collaboration and respectful relationships with children, colleagues and families. We are looking for casual educators who demonstrates KU values, integrity and takes pride in the work and is committed at heart to be part of children's early years. 

We are currently seeking experienced, passionate, committed, flexible and qualified Early Childhood Teachers who are eager to join our KU Casual team to directly contribute to our established and thriving KU services, in a regular basis for a long term.

As a Casual Teachers with KU Children’s Services, you will: 

• Experience working in early childhood settings,  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, 
• Ability to build strong relationships with both children and families, 
• Committed and passionate about providing high-quality, play-based education and care, 
• Support permanent educators in creating safe, engaging, and nurturing environments, 
• Enjoy flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle.

Of course, you will need: 

• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check and NESA teacher accreditation for ECTs,
• Recognised the completion of Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent as approved by ACECQA. 
• Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children, 
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and specific Asthma and Anaphylaxis course management.
• Related experiences in Early Childhood Education settings for the purposed role.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Ability to provide 2 professional Childcare References.
