We are currently growing our Toronto team and are looking for passionate RMTs who enjoy creating personalized, high-quality guest experiences within a luxury wellness environment. At AIRE, our approach focuses on therapeutic and relaxing services tailored to each guest’s individual needs while delivering an elevated hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Perform massage treatments and AIRE signature rituals in accordance with company protocols and CMTO standards.
Customize treatments based on each guest’s individual needs and preferences.
Communicate all relevant information about treatments and products used while adhering to AIRE service standards and protocols.
Ensure consistency and attention to detail during all services, including couples treatments.
Create a relaxing and professional environment that enhances the overall guest journey.
Operational Excellence
Prepare treatment rooms before each service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup.
Maintain sanitation standards for treatment rooms, tools, linens, and products.
Monitor product and inventory levels and communicate supply needs when necessary.
Ensure environmental conditions such as temperature, noise, and ambiance align with AIRE standards.
Support smooth daily operations by maintaining punctuality and readiness throughout shifts.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with operational and guest experience teams to ensure seamless service flow.
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assist other departments during idle periods as needed to support the overall guest experience.
Active Registered Massage Therapist license in good standing with the CMTO.
Strong understanding of therapeutic massage techniques and body mechanics.
Passion for wellness, hospitality, and personalized guest care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply.
$65/hour massage rate plus gratuities.
Up To 5 hours of hands-on massage time per 6.5-hour shift

Amidst the timeless charm of Toronto’s Fashion District, AIRE finds its home in a historic Edwardian Classicism building, once the office and warehouse of the Copp Clark publishing company. Built in 1912 and later designated a heritage site, its original wood structure and towering pillars remain, preserving the character of its storied past that once held the art of printing and now embraces the art of relaxation.
Honoring its literary and industrial past, the space is adorned with vintage books, printing presses, which are subtle echoes of its history. AIRE Toronto offers a unique experience with a dry sauna and a Palestra, an indoor/outdoor bath area seamlessly connected to the interior through two jet baths, creating a tranquil escape where past and present merge in perfect harmony.
