Product Developer (PBA) for Asset Servicing & Tax

Division: Product Strategy & Innovation 

By joining the Product Strategy & Innovation Division, you will be joining an international and geographically spread team that, through strong collaboration, articulates the business strategy and engages the company to deliver and grow profitable products & services. You will contribute to growing our relevance in post trade by realising the regulatory agenda in strengthening the financial industry, leveraging our franchise to expand globally and re-architecting the post trade landscape. 

Role & responsibilities 

You will act as Product Developer for Asset Servicing & Taxes within Fixed Income & Equities in the PSI division. You will manage product evolutions requested by Product Managers, define appropriate solutions, and coordinate with IT, Operations, and key stakeholders to deliver them successfully. The role covers both IT and non-IT initiatives, mainly for Euroclear Bank and the ESES CSDs. 

In this role, you will: 

• define project scope and translate business needs into clear service and solution requirements
• work with Product, IT, Operations, Commercial, Network, Risk, Legal, and external partners to shape and deliver solutions
• contribute to investment requests, business cases, and high-level requirements
• support project baselining and ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed scope and requirements
• coordinate risk assessments and approvals for new or enhanced services
• support IT teams in preparing detailed solution requirements
• contribute to project governance, roll-out, client documentation, onboarding, and post-launch support
• manage multiple projects or workstreams in parallel, while coordinating effectively across teams. 

 Required qualification 

• Strong business or technical knowledge in asset servicing (corporate actions, income payments, market claims) & taxes (relief at sources, quick and standard refunds…) domains 
• Preferably complemented with good business and/or technical knowledge in one of the related domains: asset servicing, settlement (e.g. Target 2 Securities), credit and liquidity management 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Ability to manage and convince internal and external stakeholders and good interpersonal skills including influencing and negotiating　 
• Strong written communication 
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, peers and management
• Stakeholder and Relationship Management skills 
• High level of autonomy, drive and team spirit 
• Strong sense of priority management 
• Ability to coordinate work with various stakeholders 
• Fluent in written and oral English
