Barista

LSH Auto is excited to invite applications for the position of Barista. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional coffee preparation and customer service. You will be responsible for crafting a range of delicious beverages, providing friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages
• Engaging with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the café area
• Handling credit transactions efficiently
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential to our mission of providing top-tier service at LSH Auto.

Working hours will be approximately 20.5 hours a week.

Monday - 12.30pm - 6.30pm

Saturday - 8am - 5pm

Sunday - 10am - 4pm

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
