We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who has exceptional communication skills and a passion for the fashion industry to join our team located at our Rosebery office.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
- Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
- Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
- Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
- Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store)
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiative
- Experience in a fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong grammar skills
- Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
