KNOW THE ROLE

As a Part-Time Sales Associate for Brow Aid within Brown Thomas, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. Your role is to create a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer, helping them find the right brow solutions tailored to their individual needs.

You will confidently demonstrate products, offer personalised recommendations, and build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensuring the Brow Aid counter reflects the premium environment of Brown Thomas will be a key part of your responsibilities.

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a part-time Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive in-store experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, and confident in starting conversations and understanding customer needs. You’re someone who is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You work well as part of a team, contribute to a supportive atmosphere, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. Previous retail experience is helpful, but not essential - we value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to great customer service above all else.
