ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· READS AND REVIEWS JOB CARD AND PROCESSES ACCORDING TO DEPARTMENT
· REVIEWS THE WEEKLY WORK IN PROCESS WITH THE SUPERVISOR TO MAKE SURE THE RIGHT ORDERS GO THROUGH THE ASSEMBLY LINE AT THE RIGHT TIME.
· MATCHES WORK FOR OPERATORS BASED ON ORDER NUMBER AND CUT NUMBER.
· FILLS OUT FINDINGS AND TRIM RESTOCK FORM TO REPLACE ANY THREAD AND TRIM THAT IS NEEDED FOR THE CUTS GOING THROUGH THE LINE.
· SIGNS UP MACHINES THAT NEED REPAIRED IF SUPERVISOR IS NOT AVAILABLE.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· COMMUNICATION WITH ALL SEWING OPERATORS.
· ABILITY TO LOOK AHEAD AND PLAN FOR POSSIBLE SLOWDOWNS OR SEWING OPERATORS OUT OF WORK.
· THE SERVICE PERSON ALSO HANDLES RECUTS AND ENTERS THE INFORMATION FROM THE JOB CARD IN TO THE QUALITY COLLECTION PLAN IN ORACLE.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or GED
· Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions
· Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work well with a team
· Good attendance record
· Ability to navigate a computer
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed.
· Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
· Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 40 lbs.
· May be required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones if needed.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Displays ambitious, positive attitude
· Interpersonal skills to build relationships with site leadership and team mates. May be required to occasionally interact with customers.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work proactively and independently in a fast-changing environment
